Speculative and critical design seeks to create a dialogue about patterns in our society, culture, environment, and policy that need to be drawn attention to. This is a form of disruptive design.

This project focuses on a product placed in a hypothetical world where Amazon has a monopoly on many government agencies including the healthcare system. Lilura Life System are two bio-sensor implants put into your body to improve it's function while also making you incredibly susceptible to marketing and purchase addiction. This is a commentary on the manipulative aspects of marketing/consumer culture in our society and what impacts it has on the world as a whole.
